Explore the job openings at the ULTA career portal at www.ulta.com and choose between a career in Retail or Beauty at one of the company’s stores, the corporate sector or the stellar ULTA careers in management.
ULTA Application Process
First, you will need to send an application online through the company’s career portal. Click on the careers button on the portal, where you will find all the positions available. Search the newest careers at ULTA stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices. Read the job descriptions and choose your job of interest.
Once you have made your decision, click on the “Apply” button to start filling your application form. But you will have to create your login profile before filling out the application form which has the following sections:
- Electronic Consent
This section requires your consent to receive and respond to disclosures and notices in an electronic form to be able to fill the application form.
- Terms and Conditions
Read the terms and conditions on the ULTA application form carefully before going to the next step.
- Personal Information
This section requires you to provide your contact details so that the Human Resources department can contact you.
- Disclosures
This requires you to state if all the information you have provided is true and accurate and also provide your electronic signature.
- Pre-Employment Questions
This section includes a series of questions aimed at verifying that you are above the minimum hiring age and that you are permitted to work in the U.S. legally.
- Application Information
This is the most important section of the form because it requires you to provide information about your employment history and educational background, so take your time to include all your qualifications and professional experience that will depict you are fit for the position you are applying for.
- EEQ Questions
The Equal Employment Opportunity questionnaire includes three questions about your gender, ethnicity, and race. However, you are not obligated to provide this information. You can choose the “I do not wish to disclose this kind of information” option if you do not wish to answer.
- Review Application
This is the last section of the application form where you have to check your form for mistakes and correct any errors. Once you are done with your review, you can then submit your application.
