Job Description
- Responsible for IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Audit Governance and IT Governance support.

- Planner, Material Resource is part of the Planning & Forecasting team at the Opco and will support the demand fulfillment and planning process.
- Planner, Material Resource will use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) techniques with demand and inventory data to calculate requirements for materials. The role collaborates with the demand planning team in creating purchase requisitions, make stock re-order recommendations and reschedule open orders aligned to delivery dates.

- Work with third party service providers to deploy and drive adoption and use of technology platforms that enable digitization in the sales operations
- Recognize and replicate best practice from other MTN OPCOs in the areas of digitization and transformation of S&D operations
- Institute the use of POS, site and street level analytics in daily sales operation
- Develop and present relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and best practice sharing intra and inter OPCO
- Execute and drive adoption of a Trade Automation Solution making intelligence on POS activities and performance available for the sales teams
- Analyze macro and micro economic trends to guide sales planning across the regions – defining headroom and opportunities for growth based on network investment and other drivers of business performance
- Develop a framework for implementing CVM in the channels especially using intelligence generated from the VTMs, TAS and other sales/POS management platforms to drive competitive advantage in the channels
- Review market intelligence and competitor insight, develop approaches for penetrating the market based on existing channels identifying constraints, challenges and trade-offs of the approaches.
- Initiate and drive execution of relevant transformational projects to achieve the set of objective of becoming a BI driven sales organization

Experience & Training
- First degree in (B Econ/ B Admin/ B Comm / Numeracy preferred)
- Fluent in English and language of country preferable
- Minimum 9-17 years’ experience including:
- Manager track record of 3 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
- 8 years sales, reporting, planning/ analytics experience
Minimum Qualification
- BA, BEd, BSc, BTech or HND
