A leading Oil, Gas and Green Energy Company, with an exponential growth plan, that is currently setting the pace in treatment and recycling as an alternative green energy source in Nigeria, is seeking the services of an experienced production professional to fill the positions below:
1. Job Title: Corporate Affairs Manager
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibility
- Create and manage corporate affairs policies, Government, community and media relations in other to provide a congenial working environment whilst enhancing the image and reputation of the organisation
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Humanities, Arts or any other relevant field with a minimum of second class upper division. A Master’s degree will be an advantageous
- Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in Corporate Affairs, Community Relations, Government Relations, Media, Communications and Reputation Management.
2. Job Title: Government Relations and CSR Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Manage government, community relations and communications.
- Develop and implement corporate social responsibility programs for the company
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Administration, Humanities, Arts or any other relevant field with a minimum of second class upper division.
- Minimum of 7 years post NYSC cognate experience covering, Government Relations, Community Relations, Media, and Corporate Social responsibility.
3. Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibility
- Carry out various HR functions which include policy implementation, recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee evaluation and maintaining employee records and administrative duties.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Science, Arts, Humanities and Social Science with a minimum of second class upper division.
- Minimum of 5 years post NYSC cognate experience in the HR field.
4. Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibility
- Implement the security plan of the company, including intelligence gathering, access control management, relating with government security agencies and improvement of security system
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management Sciences, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division;
- At least 5 years post NYSC cognate experience in industrial security
- Have professional qualifications and registrations to practice industrial security.
- Able to use Microsoft suite and other security related computer systems
5. Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and procedures to ensure sustainable growth of the company.
- Manage promotion/progression/succession, remuneration, industrial relations organisational development, regulatory compliance and other HR responsibilities
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Science, Arts, Humanities and Social Science with a minimum of second class upper division. A Master’s degree will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 12 years post NYSC cognate experience with at least 7 years in the HR field.
- Must be licensed HR Practitioner with practical knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws and employer’s best practices.
