We are recruiting to fill the position of:
1. Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description/Brief
- We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as a Sales Manager.
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000/ Month.

- To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a HR Business Partner.
- The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our estate development projects, marketing and sales activities, creative department and the rest of the organization.
- The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- Ability to support a business environment that is constantly evolving.

- Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with HR related softwares.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
- Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies supporting 50-200 or more associates
