- Diversity Survey
This section features EEO questions. You will be asked to provide information about your gender, ethnicity, race, disability and veteran status. Note that you are not obligated to provide this information. You can decide to choose the “I do not wish to answer” option.
- Complete an Assessment
This section includes the required assessments for the position you have chosen. The assessments may be financial or professional. Note that this section is mandatory.
- Summary
This is the final section of the form, where you have to proofread and review your form and make corrections where necessary.
