1. Job Title: Equipment Management Secretary
Location: Yobe
Basic Duties
- Daily inspection and periodic inspection of equipments
- Establish equipment account, perform maintenace management on daily use of equipments, handle equipment transfer, allocation and retirement.
- Responsible for the normal and safe use and inspection of equipments.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
Basic Requirements:
- Equipment maintenance professional
- Ability to understand office software

Job Description
- A suitable person for this role will be someone who possesses knowledge of corporate issues and who understands the protocols of meetings, record keeping, documentation and correspondence. Further, an understanding of regulatory issues involved in running a company will be a plus.
Job Responsibilities
The duties of the secretary will include but are not limited to the following;
