9mobile, is a Nigerian private limited liability company. EMTS acquired a Unified Access Service License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2007. The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.
We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Specialist, Financial & Operational Audit
Location: Lagos
Job Summary.
- Carry out audit assignments and make adequaterecommendations based on findings that would positively impact the businessprocess.
Principal Functions.
- Assess and recommendimprovements to audit processes, produce and communicate status of audit workwith fellow team members and managers relative to milestones, open issues, andclient acceptance
- Prepare an audit draft reportwhich effectively communicates the audit findings, in a timely manner
- Carryout other tasks as instructed by Manager, Financial and OperationalAudit.
- Perform audit work incompliance with internal audit processes and procedures
- Coordinate team effortsto complete job on schedule, notify manager of any delays as soon as they areknown and ensure audit work and findings are adequately documented
- Ensure the audit teamactively involves the client in the audit process
- Establish an expertworking knowledge of auditing procedures and control techniques to meet auditobjectives
- Identify allsignificant control weaknesses and communicate these weaknesses to the clientappropriately
Educational Requirements.
- First Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized University, preferably in Accounting, Finance
