(1) THE WRONG SUBJECT COMBINATION CANDIDATE:
it is now a very big offence to choose the wrong subject combination for your course.
One of the measures use to deny qualified candidate admission is selection of wrong subject combination.
Don’t be surprise if you are not offered admission after selecting the wrong combination
(2) THE TOP RATED COURSES CANDIDATE: If you look at the jamb institution statistics, you will be amazed with the number of candidate that choose medicine, Law, accounting and masscomm.
Theses courses are too competitive and 6000 candidate can fight for only 250 admission slot ( what happen to the remaining 5750 candidate )
Only the first 250 candidate that scored the highest will be offered admission and the others will be forgotten
THE LOW SCORE CANDIDATE : nothing is impossible however it’s a very big disadvantage to score low in post utme exam.
There will be too many candidate ahead of you and the possibility of the school to remember you will be very low.
While candidate that score higher are struggling to enter the admission train, the low score candidate are likely to be crush by the admission Train.
NON INDIGENE CANDIDATE : these is very common in state university.
The indigene will be consider ahead of non indigene.
An indigene that score 40 can be consider ahead of non indigene that score 60.
Next time always choose your state university to enjoy the benefit of catchment area.
I DON’T WANT TO GO TO A POLYTECHNIC CANDIDATE
I know many candidate also belong to this ( poly is bad ) group and you may have to change your mind if varsity admission is not forthcoming.
There is nothing bad in polytechnic and those who fail to take the opportunity will have no option than to apply for 2021/2022 jamb.
Don’t look at your neighbour that secure admission 8 years ago.
